Scope

The use of the website ekfyseosfyteias.com, and the rights and obligations that relate to it, are governed by the terms and conditions set out here and in their integral parts, and apply to all of its content and to each of its pages. The website is addressed only to legal or natural persons.

As to jurisdiction, consumers may bring proceedings against the seller either in the courts of the Member State in which the seller is established or in the courts of the place where they themselves live. The seller, by contrast, may bring proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the Member State in which the consumer lives (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, Articles 17-19).

Users of the website must comply with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and international law and with the legislation governing telecommunications, and must refrain from any unlawful or abusive conduct when using the website and in relation to it.
