At the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair with Imathia Quality
Presentation and tasting of local meze at the Regional Unit's pavilion.
On Sunday 8 September 2024, our cooperative took part in the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair through the Regional Unit of Imathia, to showcase the gastronomy, culture and tourism of Imathia under the Imathia Quality brand.
The Social Cooperative Enterprise (KoinSEp) «Ek Fyseos Fyteias», made up of 11 women from the mountain village of Fyteia in Imathia, had a lively presence at the «Imathia Quality» pavilion at the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair.
The cooperative's active women, supported by members of the Cultural and Educational Association of Fyteia, presented their local gastronomic creations and took part in the first «Imathia Quality» activity after the pavilion opened: a presentation and tasting of local meze by restaurateurs and associations of Imathia (the women's KoinSEp «Ek Fyseos Fyteias», the Cultural Association of Agios Georgios, the «Angelikon» restaurant and the «Ekeimeros» restaurant).
