Gastronomic routes with Imathia Quality in Ioannina
As guests of the Region of Central Macedonia, we cooked trahanotto with goat and chestnut soup.
On 14 October we were in Ioannina, as guests of the Region of Central Macedonia at the three-day IMATHIA QUALITY event.
Imathia Quality is organised by the Regional Unit of Imathia together with the Imathia Chamber of Commerce, the Municipalities of Veria, Alexandreia and the Heroic City of Naoussa, cultural associations, and professional and other productive bodies of Imathia.
Alongside showcasing the tourist, cultural and gastronomic routes of Imathia, Imathia Quality hosts business meetings between chambers of commerce and local bodies, to build partnerships that promote tourism and the local products of Imathia.
The event is held under the auspices of the Region of Epirus and the Municipality of Ioannina.
Our members cooked and served visitors TRAHANOTTO with GOAT and CHESTNUT SOUP, using some of the local produce and the traditions of FYTEIA!
